D.A.V Public School is a English medium school which is situated in N.T.P.C Township, Unchahar, Distt- Raebarely.

It has classes from L.K.G to class XII. D.A.V Public School is affiliated with the Central Board Of Secondary Education (C.B.S.E), New Delhi.

D.A.V Public School conducts all its academic activities in English medium only . Apart from being medium of instruction, English is encouraged at the level of oration and writing.

D.A.V Public School provides the best in mordern education. It is housed in a spacious building on a campus spreading over a large area with lush green, healthy and pollution free surroundings. The infrastructure is comparable to the best elsewhere for the all-round development of the child's personality, preparing him/her to meet the challenges of the coming times.

The school has an ever growing library with the latest editions of world class books and well-equipped labs for computer and science subjects. Excellent facilities for games and sports exist on the campus itself. The college has a fully trained teaching staff which is regularly oriented with the latest teaching techniques to keep up with the growing needs of the time. SCHOOL UNIFORM

To maintain unifomity is a discipline in itself and should be adhered to strictly. To set
pattern, colour and instructions given from time to time should be seriously followed.
Summer:

Monday, Tuecday, Thrusday & Friday :- Tie , White Shirt, Navy Blue
Shorts/Skirt/ Trouser, Navy blue socks and black shoes (Plain)
Winter:

Same as in summer, neck-tie and navy blue pull over, Navy blue blazer with monogram
should also be used.

Wednesday & Saturday:
White shirt, white shorts/skirt/trouser, tie,white socks, white shoes and navy blue
pull over navy blue blazer should also be used during winter.

GENERAL APPEARANCE


BOYS


> Neatly combed very short hair, no centre parting/spikes etc.
> No chain, rings, bracelets, watch to be worn.
> Polished shoes, clean socks with elastic tops.
> No hair highlights or streaks or bleaches.
> Neat & clean, prim and proper all round appearance.

GIRLS


> Neatly plaited or tied black hair, no flicks or bangs or front curls and strands.
> No chain, rings, bracelets, anklets or multiple ear rings.
> Polished shoes, clean socks with elastic tops.
> No long nails or nail polish.
> No mehdi or henna.
> No hair highlights or streaks or bleaches.
> Neat & clean, prim and proper all round appearance.
